DATED : 25/02/2021 By this application, the applicant/appellant has sought to condone the delay of 96 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award dated 30.03.2017 in Marriage Petition bearing No. 06 of 2014.

In view of reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the application, which is in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds to condone the delay, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

The Appellant has challenged the judgment dated 30.03.2017 mainly on the ground that he was not served with summons.
