(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant - Insurance Company is present through it's Counsel Shri A. A. Sudame. None present for the respondents. Out of respondents the respondent Nos.1 to 6 are the original claimants. The respondent Nos. 7 and 8 are formal parties. The appellant has filed pursis stating therein that the appellant does not want to proceed with the case. The appellant make a statement that entire decreetal amount together with interest till the date of depositing, has been already deposited in the Court.

In view of the pursis, this appeal is hereby disposed of, as withdrawn. The original claimants are hereby given liberty to withdraw the amount as per order of the Trial Court.

The requisite court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.
