This is an application for correction of name of father of the applicant/appellant as "Shravan" instead of Shravanji". It is seen that this mistake is committed by the counsel who has filed claim petition. It is typographical error which is occurred in claim petition and in the judgment dated 13.02.2024. This error is to be corrected. If it is not corrected then it would cause prejudice to the appellant. Accordingly name of the father of applicant/appellant be corrected as "Shravan" instead of "Shravanji".

Necessary correction be made accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.
