The petitioner appears to have been released on furlough recently, as such, there is no question of his release on furlough in near future. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his request in accordance with law, we dispose of the present petition. The charges for the counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
