There are in all three accused in Crime No. 3060/15 for offences under Sections 294, 506 and 323 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, and Section 3

(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Perused the FIR lodged by the complainant. Filthy abuses in the name of caste are writ large. The accused Shashikala, who is a woman, was

arrested and released on bail. There is no reason why the applicants would also not follow the same course. Rejected.
