The petitioner has sought a limited relief by this petition to direct respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

Ms S.S. Jachak, learned AGP on information states that at least three months time is required to complete the inquiry. As per information of the petitioner, the second round will be completed on 10/12/2022.

In view thereof, the respondent is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible preferably by 09/12/2022.

The petition stands disposed of in view of above terms.
