Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the second appeal. The grounds for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 6 of the application. Reply has been filed by the non-applicants opposing the prayer as made.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find that the delay has been deliberately caused. Hence the delay in filing the second appeal stands condoned.
