Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. In the application, it is stated that the amount of compensation was deposited belatedly in July-2017. After receiving the amount, this appeal came to be filed.

Prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the nonapplicant no.2. It is stated that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient.

Considering the fact that the amount of compensation was deposited in July-2017 and the appeal has been filed shortly thereafter, the delay in filing the appeal stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
