The present application is for seeking modification of the judgment and order passed in First Appeal No. 201/2023. While allowing the appeal, this Court has granted the compensation of Rs. 8,00,000/- to the claimants along with interest but it is not clarified when it is to be granted.

While granting the compensation, inadvertently, the date since when the appellants are entitled for compensation is not clarified.

4.

The appellants are entitled for the said compensation amount along with interest from the date of application filed before the learned Railway Claims Tribunal.

Civil Application is disposed of.
