It appears from the record that this Court on 04.09.2025 has issued notice to the non-applicant, however the interim protection was not granted.

On 23.09.2025 after hearing both the parties, the application for grant of anticipatory bail was allowed. However, inadvertently, it is mentioned in the said order that the interim protection is granted instead of granting anticipatory bail by allowing the application. Thus, the order dated 23.09.2025 needs to be corrected as under: 3.

In last line of para 5 in place of the words 'ad interim protection' the words 'anticipatory bail' be inserted.

In fourth line of para 7 words ad interim be deleted. Similarly in para 8(i) in place of words "way of ad-interim protection", the words "granting anticipatory bail' be inserted. And in para 9 entire line is deleted and in that place the words "the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly" be inserted. 4.

The order be corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded thereafter.
