DATED : 13-3 -202 In compliance with the order dated 27-2-2023, the State Government has taken a decision that the proposal of the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (Company) merits rejection.

Copy of the communication dated 2-3-2023 addressed by the Under Secretary, Government of Maharashtra to the Chief Engineer of the Company is placed on record along with the affidavit.

In view of the decision taken by the State Government, we do not see any propriety in keeping the present petition pending and the same is disposed of.
