The learned counsel for the petitioners has brought our attention to Annexure-4 i.e. Inquiry Report dated 23/12/2022. According to her, the Inquiry Report points out the irregularities committed by the concerned person. She has also brought our notice the Appeal bearing No. 48/2021, which has been decided. Be that as it may, considering the fact that, the Inquiry Report has been submitted, we direct respondent no. 2 to take appropriate action to logical end in view of the Inqury Report dated 23/12/2022 submitted, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to mention that the authorities will take a call as to whether the grant of hearing is required to be given to the affected person.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
