In the order dated 11.07.2023, after taking into consideration the conduct of the learned counsel for the petitioner, whereby he has been avoiding to argue the matter, this court has also observed that for five years the matter is pending for admission and the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in arguing the matter. Hence, a cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed on the petitioner and noted that failure to pay the cost, the petition shall stand dismissed. 2.

When the matter was called out today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the office note shows that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 11.07.2023. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
