In view of the fact that the appeal stood dismissed on conditional order passed by this Court. Since the appeal stands dismissed, there is no impediment in allowing the present application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed, and the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the balance amount lying in this Court, along with accrued interest.
