The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail since they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 287/2015 registered with Ambazari Police Station, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the basis of the injury certificate of injured/complainant fairly stated that there is no prima facie material against the applicants for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. In that view of the matter, the applicants can be protected by relief of pr-arrest bail. The application is allowed. 4.
The applicants viz. Sachin Prakash Somkuwar and Vipin Prakash Somkuwar in the event of their .....2/-
2 aba546.15.odt arrest be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 287/2015 registered with Police Station, Ambazari, Nagpur 5.
The applicants to attend the Police Station Ambazari, District Nagpur on 2-11-2015 and the applicants shall be in the Police Station from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

The applicants shall continue to report to the Police Station twice in the week i.e. on every Monday and Thursday in between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
The application is allowed and disposed of.
