This is an application for 444 days caused in filing an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 03.04.2018. The reasons have been stated in the application for delay.

Learned Advocate Mr M. A. Kadu for main contesting respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that considering the reasons stated in the application the Court may pass an appropriate order. He further submits that if delay is condoned then the appellants shall not be entitled to interest for the delayed period of 444 days.

The reasons stated in the application are sufficient to grant the application. The application is accordingly allowed.

The delay of 444 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.

It is made clear that the appellants shall not be entitled to get interest for the delayed period of 444 days in case the appeal is allowed.
