DATED : September 27, 2019 The petitioner seeks time to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as directed by order dated 13.08.2019. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, time of one week is granted to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Executing Court.

WRIT PETITION NO.5451/2019 Subject to the petitioner producing receipt of deposit of amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of one week from today, issue notice for final disposal of the writ petition, returnable on 08.11.2019. In the meanwhile, possession of the petitioner shall remain protected. However if the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-is not deposited within a period of one week from today, ad-interim protection granted shall cease to operate automatically.
