The Second Appeal (St.) No. 12858/2022 came to be dismissed/refused for want of removal of office objections by the conditional order dated 08/09/2022 passed by Registrar (J). The order of dismissal came to be passed due to inadvertent mistake on the part of the counsel for the appellants.

The application is supported by affidavit of learned counsel for the appellants. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned, subject to costs of Rs. 500/- to be paid to Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur.
