For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
Misc. Civil Application St. No. 20865 of 2015 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as he was required to move out of station and meantime, the matter was before the Registrar and as the objections were not removed, the registration was refused. Learned counsel further submits that as the applicant/petitioner has filed the petition raising various grounds in challenge to the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, the application may be considered. He further submits that if time granted, the counsel would be in a position to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. The application is allowed.
