This is an application for anticipatory bail. 3.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.689 of 2017 registered with Police Station Ballarpur, Tahsil and District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 and under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is pointed out to this Court that co-accused Ankush is already granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 15.9.2017. The said order is tendered during the course of hearing, which is taken on record. The case of co-accused Ankush .....2/-
aba673.17 13 and the case of the present applicant are identical. 5.
In that view of the matter, for the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.635 of 2017 filed on behalf of applicant Ankush, the present application is allowed, as per order below:
ORDER
i) The criminal application is allowed.
ii) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.689 of 2017 for an offence punishable under Sections 65(e) and 83 of the Bombay Prohibition Act read with Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Police Station Ballarpur, applicant Lavit s/o Badal Khanjar be released on bail on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
iii) The applicant shall attend Police Station Ballarpur once in a week i.e. on every Monday in between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., till charge-sheet is filed.
iv) The application stands disposed of.
