CORAM : MANISH PITALE J DATED : 17.10.2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant Insurance Company seeking extension of time to deposit the entire decretal amount as directed by this Court by order dated 01.08.2019. It is pointed out that by the said order stay was granted in favour of the appellant insurance company subject to deposit the said amount within a period of six weeks from the date of order.

It is submitted in the application that due to paucity of funds and some administrative difficulties the deposit of amount could not be made within the stipulated period of time. On this basis, extension of time is prayed.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the appellant insurance company is granted four weeks time as last chance to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 01.08.2019. If such deposit is made within four weeks from today, the interim order granted on 01.08.2019 shall revive.
