DATED : OCTOBER 1, 2019 Heard Mr. Rai, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Ghurde, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. This is second bail application. First application filed on behalf of applicant before this Court was rejected by this Court (Coram: Manish Pitale, J.) on 06.02.2019 after perusal of the charge-sheet.

A submission is made by learned counsel for applicant that he be permitted to withdraw present application. However, he submits that Sessions Trial No.179/2016 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge-10, Nagpur is proceeding with snail'

s speed. Therefore, directions be given to expedite the trial, in view of the fact that one prosecution witness is already examined by the prosecution and the applicant is in jail since 28.12.2015. In view of above, the application is allowed to be withdrawn, being meritless. Learned Additional Sessions Judge-10, Nagpur is directed to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 179/2016, as early as possible and within a period of six
