The applicant seeks discharge on the ground that he is not aware of the affairs of the company nor is he in any way relate with the day-to-day working of the company. Dr. De, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, submits that in the investigation report filed by the Chartered Accountant, his role has been described and he is found to be guilty for misfeasance, malfeasance and breach of trust. In view thereof and since none appears for the applicant, the application is rejected.
