Perused the civil application.

In para 3 of the judgment dated 30.08.2019, 3rd line be corrected to indicate correct Khasara numbers as under:- "Khasara Nos. 27 to 40/4".

In the sixth line of that paragraph, the word "an agreement" be replaced by the word "agreements".

Necessary corrections be carried out in the original judgment.
