DATE : September 10, 2018 Heard finally with consent of learned counsel for the parties. By this Misc. Civil Application it is prayed that an Arbitrator be appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The agreement between the parties and the fact that the same contains a clause for arbitration is not in dispute. The matter was adjourned earlier to enable the parties to agree on the name of the Arbitrator. Today it is submitted that Shri M. P. Kukday, Judge (Retired) be appointed as the Arbitrator.

Accordingly Shri M. P. Kukday, Judge (Retired) is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate the proceedings.

The parties shall deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- each within period of four weeks from today.
