Sau. Pramilabai Ashok Sawarkar is present with Shri Matale, Advocate. Upon instructions from her, Shri Matale, Advocate informs that the women residing in the locality adjacent to garden nominated her as President. 3.

Shri Mishra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent - Nagpur Improvement Trust informs that the piece of land in dispute belongs to the State Government and on it Nagpur Municipal Corporation has developed a garden for use of public.
