The prayers are in the light of the position prevailing in the year 2013. Effort of Shri Sunil Mishra is to demonstrate that his grievance is not qua particular students or in relation to a particular year or a particular institution. However, when the order is to be passed against the students, who have taken admission, their status as on today needs to be looked into. On the basis of the position pointed out in the year 2013, orders cannot be passed against the students, who are undergoing education to-day. Hence, with liberty to Shri Sunil Mishra to point out the situation and position of the students as on today in any of the Professional

31032015cawno.3050.2013 2 College and to move appropriate application to protect the standard of their education and interest, we dispose of this Civil Application as infructuous.

Writ Petition No. 2448 of 2013:

Last orders in this matter are passed by this Court on 14.8.2014. Learned Senior Advocate Shri Gordey has attempted to demonstrate that thereafter there have been some developments and the position presented to this court on that day is no longer available. Mr. Mishra is disputing this. Again as our orders will affect the students who are undergoing education today, in absence of any data about such students on record, we are not in a position to pass orders. Hence, we grant time of four weeks initially to point out the subsequent developments and today's position so as to enable this court to appreciate the same. If the petitioner seeks any information from the University for the said purpose, the respondent University shall arrange to supply it, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

List the petition after four weeks.
