This application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition. It is stated in the application that the delay is not intentional. 3.
Considering the fact that there is delay of 35 days in filing the restoration application and it is not opposed by the contesting nonapplicant, the application is allowed. The application stands disposed of.

This application is filed for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed in default for non removal of office objection. 3.
Since we have condoned the delay in filing the application for restoration and the fact that the application is not opposed by the contesting non-applicants, the application is allowed subject to
