Perused the award and the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.

I am of the view that this application can be conditionally allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount against his furnishing usual undertaking and remaining 25% of the deposited amount against his furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar, both to be furnished within six weeks from the date of the order.

Application is disposed of.
