During pendency of the present writ petition which was filed for challenging the order dated 22-5-2015 issued by the respondent no.3, by order dated 3-8-2016 passed by the respondent no.2, the aforesaid order stands cancelled. The respondent no.4 who is affected by aforesaid order has challenged the order dated 3-8-2016 by preferring an appeal before the Commissioner. In the appeal filed by the respondent no.4, it is stated that the present petitioners have also been joined as parties.

In view of aforesaid, the challenge to the order dated 22-5-2015 in the present writ petition does not survive. By keeping the contentions of all the parties raised in the present petition open, the writ petition stands disposed of. JUDGE /MULEY/
