1) The question whether there exists employeremployee relationship between petitioner on one hand and respondent nos.1 to 3 in the present

1908wp6675.14 2/2 petition on other hand shall also be tried as part of Schedule of order dated 9/7/2014 at Annexure `L' with the petition by Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Nagpur.

2) The bar under Section 59 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 pleaded by Adv. Puranik can be pressed into service before the Reference Court at appropriate stage.

The petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of.
