DATE : 27.06.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent no.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3, as a peon.
It is stated that since the school is brought on grant-in-aid from 2013-2014, it would be necessary to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3 from the date on which the school was brought on grant-in-aid. It is stated that the petitioners give up the claim for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3 w.e.f. 31.7.2008. Shri Balpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent no.2 states that the proposal

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.3 as early as possible and positively within a period of four months. Order accordingly. No costs.
