By the present application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition.

Issue notice to the non-applicant. Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

Heard with consent of the parties.

By order dated 26.06.2020, the applicant was granted bay. By order dated 30.06.2022, the applicant was directed to report the Economic Offence Wing once in a month on first day of each month.

It is contended on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant that now charge-sheet has been filed and the trial has commenced, therefore, the condition to report the Economic Offence Wing on every first day of each month may be relaxed.

I find force in the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that since the charge-sheet has been filed and the trial has commenced rather most of the witnesses have been examined, therefore, there is no need to report the Economic Offence Wing.

Learned APP fairly concedes that condition to report the Economic Offence Wing is required to be relaxed, however, he submits that the applicant be directed to report the Economic Offence Wing as and when directed by the investigating officer for investigation purpose. 8.

Considering fair submission of the learned APP, condition no.(v) of order dated 26.06.2020 is substituted to the following condition :

"(v) The applicant shall report to the Economic Offence Wing as and when called by the investigating officer in the present crime."
