By this application, the investigating officer is seeking permission to file charge-sheet. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in view of the order passed by this Court on 01.12.2020 by which, it was directed that the matter can be taken after the decision of criminal appeals which are filed under Section 131 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and therefore, the charge-sheet could not be filed. The appeals are still pending. 3.

Considering the order passed by this Court, permission is granted to the investigating officer to file charge-sheet. 4.

Criminal Application No.1729 of 2025 stands disposed of. 5.

On filing of the charge-sheet within one week, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment. Amended copy be placed on record and shall be supplied to the other side.
