Since this Court was not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner, in exercise of the writ jurisdiction, Shri Bambal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so that the petitioner can avail the alternate remedy of approaching the Assistant Labour Commissioner for adjudication of his claim.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
