DATED : OCTOBER 13, 2017 This application is moved by applicant/ respondent no.1 for withdrawal of entire decretal amount.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is liable to be allowed. Applicant/original claimant is allowed to withdraw 50% of total amount of compensation to the extent of Rs.11,44,094/- on furnishing usual undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount shall be allowed to be withdrawn on applicant/respondent no.1 furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Needless to say that subject to order in the present appeal, applicant/respondent no.1 shall deposit the amount with interest, if found necessary. The application is disposed of accordingly.
