By this application, the applicants have sought to condone the delay of 476 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 18th February, 2017 passed by the Claims Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No.85/2011. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the applicants have not made out sufficient cause. In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any. First Appeal Stamp No.19419 of 2019 Parties are put to notice that an endeavor will be made to dispose of this appeal along with First Appeal No.1799/2019 finally at
