This is the Civil Application for amendment of written statement filed by the appellants/defendants. There are allegations against Shri Patrikar, counsel for the contesting respondent no.1/plaintiff, that he has entered into agreement with the plaintiff to become the owner of half of the area of suit land and, as such, is disqualified.

In my opinion, the averments in the Civil Application have no relevance nor the same are necessary for adjudication. Hence this Civil application is rejected.
