According to learned counsel for the petitioner, though the application for grant of No Objection Certificate for shifting CL III license is pending since 2021, till this date, the authority concerned has not taken any decision.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondentChief Officer, Municipal Council, Korapana, to decide the application dated 14.06.2021 within eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
