2.

In this writ petition, the delay caused in filing the appeal challenging the mutation entry recorded in the name of petitioner, has been condoned by the SubDivisional Officer, Pusad, vide order dated 21.06.2017 and the said order was maintained by the Additional Collector and the Additional Commissioner.

3.

After going through the documents and impugned orders filed along with the present petition, it is evident that there was a delay of more than one year in challenging the mutation entry recorded in the name of the petitioner. All three authorities have concurrently held that the sufficient cause has been shown by the respondents for condonation of delay.

Considering the reasons recorded by all three authorities below coupled with the settled law in respect of condonation of delay that a liberal and pragmatic approach should be adopted in the case of condonation of delay, I do not find any error committed by the authorities below. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
