This petition was filed for a declaration not to declare the Petitioner as surplus teacher and retain his services in the same school where he was employed. We are informed that the Petitioner has been declared surplus and already absorbed and further directions were issued. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has not contacted him and when the petition was filed in the year 2019, he was 57 years of age and perhaps therefore, he is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition further.
