Heard.

The petitioner claims that registration of mutation entries upon sale of properties by respondent nos. 4 to 6, her in-laws is fradulent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any reason to entertain this Writ Petition as the incident is of sale of the properties of 1986 and the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal u/s.247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code before the appropriate Authority challenging the mutation entries. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.

No order as to costs.
