Perused the impugned judgment and order. I am of the view that in this case, this application can be partly allowed.

The application is partly allowed. It is directed that the amount of Rs.15.00 lakhs be invested in any nationalized bank as per rules and the remaining amount from out of the deposited amount be permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants-respondent Nos.1 to 4 on their furnishing an undertaking that in the event of any adverse order being passed against them, they shall refund the same together with interest, as may be directed by the Court and within such period as given by the Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
