Heard Shri S. Wahane, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri N.R. Rode, learned APP for non-applicant No.1.

The order is corrected to read as mentioned in concluding part of paragraph 1 of civil application. Thus, the words, "though the applicant claims to be married, non-applicant No. 2 is refusing it", are substituted by the words, "though the non-applicant No. 2 claims to be married, the applicant is refusing it". Application is granted.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 1387 OF 2016 Shri Wahane, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the orders of this Court dated 28.09.2016 are to be questioned before the Hon'ble Apex Court. He, therefore, seeks continuation of interim orders for a further period of 60 days.

The learned APP is opposing the request.

However, it appears that this Court had directed that the charge sheet be not filed without leave of this Court and this direction issued on 18.07.2016 was in force for over two months.

In this situation, present application is allowed. Interim orders to continue for a further period of 60 days more and shall cease to operate automatically thereafter. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
