In view of compromise, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise.

The Court fees, if any, be refunded to the petitioner as per rules. Filing of separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
