We expressed that the petition is filed to achieve some other motive, may be political, looking to the fact that the petitioner is a Corporator. When we expressed that we are not inclined to entertain the petition and we intend to dismiss the petition with costs, learned advocate for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition.
