The only request by the learned Counsel for the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondent authority to consider the proposal in respect of grant of recognition to the petitioner in respect of the school run by it, which is claimed to have been recommended by the Education Officer, Z.P. Yavatmal, by the communication dated 24/02/2022 (pg 38).

In view of this, petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1, to decide the proposal either way within a period of three months from today.
