DATE : June 28, 2018 By these applications the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 to 7 are sought to be brought on record. The reason for the delay in bringing on record the legal heirs is mentioned in the applications. All the legal heirs are duly served.

In view thereof all the applications are allowed. After condoning the delay the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 to 7 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within one week. Civil Applications are disposed of. Second appeal No.149 of 2004 Issue notice of hearing of the appeal to the legal heirs of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 7 returnable after eight weeks.
