The original claimant is not satisfied due to compensation enhanced by the Reference Court as per award dated 08-02-2016, by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Darwha. Due to financial difficulties he could not prefer the appeal in time. 2.

The condonation of delay application is opposed by learned AGP for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and learned Advocate Shri Jagtap for respondent no.1.

The reasons are convincing. The applicant is ready to waive the interest for the period condoned. Hence, the order :-
