The only relief sought in the present petition is for consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2020 as made to the respondent no.4. The petitioner seeks appropriate pay fixation to be undertaken.

Considering the limited prayer as made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2020 in accordance with law and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving the copy of this order. The petitioner shall serve the copy of this order to the respondent no.4. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

Order accordingly. No costs.
